  • Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee.

    • Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed at Shiloh & Harmony to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests.

    • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property to ensure a clean and fresh environment for everyone.
